Get the 4-Day Park-to-Park Ticket and stay at a Universal Premier or Preferred hotel.

Most importantly, staying on-site grants you Early Park Admission. Even with flexible ticketing, the most popular rides (like everything in Nintendo World) will still have long lines. Getting in an hour before the general public is still the best way to beat the crowds.
